Job Description:
Professionally and effectively serve as initial point of contact
for the IT Helpdesk and escalate tickets in the system as needed---
Respond to technical support calls, emails, and in-person requests
for assistance--- Prioritize work/tickets accordingly and work with
other technicians to resolve issues--- Provide hardware, software,
and networking support for all levels of the organization---
Provide end user training to employees--- Troubleshoot, diagnose,
repair, install, setup, configure, and deploy workstations,
printers, switches, setup workstations--- Assist employees with
various applications and operating systems--- Communicate technical
information to both technical and non-technical users--- Other
