Job Description:
High School Diploma required. Must have the ability to perform
multiple tasks with interruptions, ability to communicate and
respond effectively in various situations. Must have competence on
the computer as well in purchasing and account management with the
ability to be bonded.The position maintains extra-curricular funds
to State Board of Accounts standards and requirements. The building
treasurer maintains purchase orders, office equipment and supplies,
budgets accounts for the building and fees charges for the
building. The position also assists the clerical assistants, nurse,
faculty and administrators as needed.
