DaVita is hosting an Open Interview day for Patient Care Technicians and Registered Nurses! No previous healthcare experience required - Paid Dialysis Training provided! We are hiring for our below clinics:

  • Date : Tuesday, October 17th
  • Time : 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (stop in anytime to meet with our hiring leaders)
  • Location: Summit City Dialysis, 3233 E Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 Map It! What to Expect:

      • Scrubs or office casual (no suit or tie needed) and grab your friends, too!
      • Masks will be required while in the facility What does the RN role entail?
        • Rotating Schedule of 3 to 4 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday's with Sunday off
        • Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm
        • Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
        • Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
        • Paid Dialysis Training provided What does a successful RN look like?
          • At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
          • Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
          • ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
          • Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
          • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
