You will use your skills and expertise in communicating withcustomers, responding to customer calls, scheduling field technicians, coordinating maintenance,agreements, assist with billing, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.Service Support Specialist PRIMARY DUTIES:--- Answer calls/emails for service and schedule accordingly.--- Review service tickets for accuracy and update in CRM accordingly.--- Enter new and update existing Service Level Agreements/Inspections.--- Ensure all inspections are scheduled in advance with a customer prior to execution of work.--- Ensure corrective measures are defined and review with customers upon completion ofinspections.--- Agreement and service billing.--- Assist in forecasting labor needs.Service Support Specialist COMPETENCIES:--- Accuracy - Demonstrates attention to detail.--- Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.--- Customer Service - Responds to internal and external customer needs, and requests for service and assistance promptly.--- Oral Communications - Listens and gets clarification.
