A company is looking for a Staff UX Researcher in Financial
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mixed methods user research to advise on product
improvements and enhance customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive UX strategy
through insights and user-centered product thinking
Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively to
ensure alignment and action on key initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research
methods throughout the product development lifecycle
M.A., M.S., or PhD in a human behavior-related field (e.g.,
Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology)
Expertise in using UX research tools and methodologies
Experience in large organizations with cross-functional team
collaboration
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a focus on
user advocacy
