Description:They are a family-owned design/build general contractor. They focus on small to mid-sized projects including retail chain restaurants, municipalities, educational facilities, assisted living homes. Projects can range from $50K remodels to $5 million for the largest projects. A working / field superintendent that can supervise multiple smaller projects or one larger project. Coordinate deliveries, materials, subcontractors, and oversee safety. The size of the project and ability of the superintendent will determine how many projects they are handling.
