all customer inquiriesProvide excellent customer service through
active listeningWork with confidential customer information and
treat it sensitivelyAim to resolve issues on the first call by
being proactiveAppropriately communicate with customersJob
Description:Ensuring drivers remain compliant with Federal and
company regulationsMaintain driver's profile to ensure all
documents are current (Physicals, TCN, Driver's License, MVR, Logs,
etc)Answer inbound phone calls from drivers or moving agentsProvide
log counseling to drivers, as neededMake outbound phone
callsCommunicate to customers via e-mailProcess documents in the
system appropriately Additional Skills:Knowledge and understanding
of Microsoft applicationsKnowledge of basic Federal DOT
regulationsKnowledge of Company Safety SystemCustomer Service
(Phone & Email) What We're Looking for6 months customer service
experience minimumOver 18 years of ageAbility to type 25 wpmHigh
School Graduate or GEDComfort with desktop computer systemProven
oral & written communication skills What We Prefer6 months Call
Center experience Logical problem-solving skillsAvailability to
work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating
